Directors' Share Dealings

All dealing in Intec shares by Directors, PDMRs* and Intec staff is subject to our Share Dealing Code which, among other things, requires all staff to notify the Company in advance of their intention to deal in Intec shares, as well as prohibiting dealing during 'closed' periods, e.g. around results.
