A major contributor to the quality of our relationships is the InterconnecT User Committee. The User Group works closely with Intec to help define InterconnecT product strategy, resolve operating issues, and represent user interests to the Company.
The InterconnecT User Forum provides a private, secure venue for discussion about Intec products, including news, updates, operational tips and more. You can meet and interact with other customers, and get advice from staff experts.

The on-going relationship with our customers is vital to their future and to Singl.eView’s product evolution. To advance that communication, we sponsor a variety of programs to encourage customer interaction and promote discussion in an open and secure format. Each year, Intec hosts a Singl.eView Product Forum where customers, Singl.eView product team members and industry leaders come together to review product investment, assess market direction and industry trends – all to make the most out of their billing and customer care investment.
In addition, on-site Product Advisory Sessions are held with our customers at various times of the year to review technology, future trends, product development and company investment. Each meeting is tailored to address the specific operational needs of that customer, their business requirements and where they see the market evolving.
